Santander pays to fit laser safety lights to London’s hire bikes

Santander Cycles brings route planning to smartphone app

First launched in May, the Santander Cycles app has been downloaded more than 120,000 times and also allows users to hire a bike by getting a ‘release code’ sent straight to their phone, saving them time at the on-street docking stations.

TfL announce “simpler” bike hire pricing in move to boost usage
