Ambulance control room honoured for ‘excellence’

London Ambulance bosses are celebrating after the service’s control room retained a prestigious government award for customer service. The service achieved ‘excellence’ standard in the Cabinet Office Customer Service awards for the second year running. Last year the service became the first ambulance trust in the country to be awarded the accolade.
