Travelwatch to hold public meeting at City Hall

london_travelwatchPassenger watchdog London TravelWatch’s will hold its latest public meeting at City Hall next Tuesday (29 January 2013).

The meeting will receive a presentation on recent changes to Transport for London’s customer service offering from Vernon Everitt, TfL’s Managing Director of Customer Experience, Marketing and Communication and Shashi Verma, TfL’s Director of Customer Experience. 

There will also be a presentation on surface transport in London such as streets, buses and bicycles from Leon Daniels, TfL’s Managing Director of Surface Transport and a review of recent developments in rail franchising. 

The meeting will be the first for the new London TravelWatch Board which was appointed at the start of the year by the London Assembly and will be chaired by the new Chair Stephen Locke.

The meeting is open to all members of the public and will begin at 10am and end at approximately 12.20pm.
