TravelWatch looks at TfL’s openness

london_travelwatchThe openness of Transport for London ‘s consultation process and the effect its procedures have on passengers will be discussed at the next public meeting of London TravelWatch.

The body, which represents transport users in and around London, is looking at how TfL handles complaints as well as looking at how passenger research is selected, undertaken and communicated.

It will also be looking at the Boris Johnson’s Transport Strategy and TfL’s business plan.

The meeting is open to all members of the public and will be held on Tuesday 10 November at London TravelWatch’s offices at 6 Middle St, London, EC1A 7JA at 9.45am.
