Tickets up for grabs to Tower Bridge’s 120th birthday party

June 10, 2014 by Staff

Tower_BridgeLondoners are being offered the chance to win tickets to a exclusive sunset event celebrating Tower Bridge’s 120th Anniversary later this month.

The bridge was officially opened on 30 June 1894 by the Prince of Wales – later King Edward VII – and to mark its anniversary, the City of London Corporation is hosting “an exclusive, stylish summer evening event” on its walkways.

To be in with a chance of winning one of the 120 tickets, Facebook and Twitter users must share a special competition post with their followers by midnight, 19th June.

Each ticket includes entry for two people plus a drink token.

The anniversary is also being celebrated with a free exhibition currently running at the Guildhall Art Gallery and continuing until mid-July.
