Londoners will have the chance to question Boris Johnson next month when the Mayor holds London’s annual statutory ‘state of London’ debate.
The event, which this year has been re-named ‘Talk London’, will be held on June 2nd at Westminster’s Methodist Central Hall and will be compered by LBC breakfast show host, Nick Ferrari.
Johnson said the meeting was Londoner’s chance ” to come and find out what I am doing for London and to tackle the issues that matter to you. ”
“We’ve faced many challenges over the past year, ensuring London emerges strongly from the recession, securing record funding to improve the transport system and boosting police recruitment to make our streets safer.”
LBC will be broadcasting the two hour debate live on 1152AM and 97.3FM.
Tickets can be booked online at www.london.gov.uk/talklondon. Entrance is free but subject to availability of seats.
