London Councils, the umbrella group that represents the capital’s 22 local authorities, is asking the public for their views on the the level of fines imposed on individuals and companies who breach environmental protection laws.
The boy is seeking views on fines for those who leave their waste on pavements
before collection dates, fines for instances where litter is thrown from cars and for failing to comply with the rules and requirements of London’s civic amenity sites.

The deadline for responses is Friday, May 8th.
