The Labour party has started its selection process to find constituency and list candidates for next year’s London Assembly elections.
According to the LondonList website, candidates “will be selected in March and April this year for vacant constituency and List positions.”
The party is the second largest on the 25-strong Assembly holding eight seats against the Conservative party’s 11.
Labour has already selected former Mayor Ken Livingstone to take on Boris Johnson in the Mayoral contest which will held on the same day as the Assembly elections.
