Assembly says Boris should launch Ultra-Low Emission Zone before 2020

London Assembly members have repeated calls for the Mayor to introduce his central London Ultra-Low Emission Zone before 2020. The zone was first announced in February 2013 and will require vehicles entering central London to emit zero or low emissions.
