George W comes to the big screen

October 16, 2008 - Staff

Whether you love him or hate him, there’s no question that US President George W. Bush is one of the most controversial public figures in recent memory and in an unprecedented undertaking, acclaimed director Oliver Stone is bringing America’s 43rd President to the big screen next month.

W. is set for release on November 7th, just as the real life Bush enters the final weeks of his Presidency and Americans look to start a new chapter in their relationships with the world.

This hotly anticipated film takes viewers through Bush’s eventful life – his struggles and triumphs, how he found both his wife and his faith, and of course the critical days leading up to the decision to invade Iraq.
