Hampton Court Palace

A series of special events run throughout the weekend of Saturday 27th – Monday 29th May:-

Tantalisingly tasty Tudor cookery in the palace’s Tudor kitchens: what foods tickled the Tudors’ taste buds? What sights rumbled a Tudor tummy?! See the palace’s food archaeologists doing live Tudor cookery.

Henry VIII’s First Visit We re-create his first visit to the palace. During his visit, he is distracted by a secret…he is considering divorcing his first wife, Catherine of Aragon, having met a young vivacious beauty by the name of Anne Boleyn. But during your visit his secret will come out, and you must take sides in the ensuing conflict!

Each paying adult can take a maximum of 4 children.

The popular attraction is easily accessible. Trains run from Waterloo direct to Hampton Court with journeys taking around take 32 minutes. On the Underground take the District Line to Wimbledon and main line to Hampton Court.
