Barratt London and London & Quadrant to partner with TfL to transform Blackhorse Road station carpark into 350 new homes

In March Mayor Sadiq Khan announced that the site, currently used as a car park, would be used to provide approximately 350 new homes – 50 per cent of which will be affordable.
