Ken Livingstone tonight told BBC London that the London Congestion Charge is to be raised to “at least £6″ although the final sum would be decided after consultation with the public.
Defending the move, Livingstone told the BBC Y”ou put it up the minimum you need to, to do what you have got to do” adding that the increase “won’t be less than a pound.”
