London Fire Brigade’s John Simpson discusses the Brigade’s new COOKSAFE campaign which targets young professionals with advice on how to prevent kitchen fires. The campaign was launched after Brigade figures suggested that nearly a third of all residential fires in London kitchens occur in the homes of young professionals.
