Assembly Report on Loss of London’s School Playing Fields

Sir Trevor Brooking will be at City Hall on Wednesday, 26 July to discuss reversing the loss of London’s playing fields in his role as the FA’s Director of Football Development.

Sir Trevor will be joined by former England Test Cricketer Jenny Wostrack from the London Community Cricket Association and Alex Welsh of the London Playing Fields Foundation as they launch the Assembly Environment Committee’s report “Offside: The loss of London’s playing fields”.

Following opening speeches the event, hosted by Murad Qureshi AM, will feature a discussion on the issues and recommendations highlighted in the report with representatives from community sports organisations and local councils.
