The greatness of London is that it is an open vibrant and tolerant city.
We have to keep it that way to stay competitive, attract fresh investment and bring jobs. That means building for the future by backing the relationships that hold our communities together, especially hard-pressed families.
My priorities as Mayor will be to Back Families and Marriage, End the Culture of Youth Violence, More Affordable Homes, Reject the Olympics Mega Mosque and Tackle Inequality with more jobs.
The Christian Peoples Alliance is allied with the Christian Party to give London hope and a Christian Choice. You can read more at

I’m unashamed in drawing from the best of what London’s churches are doing. That’s why I will see more Street Pastors across London – they’ve seen huge cuts in crime and violence where they are active. I want a similar scheme – Internet Pastors – with volunteers monitoring websites that facilitate sexual exploitation, or internet suicide pacts among young people.
London’s housing shortage will be tackled with more 3-bedroom homes.
Couples making a commitment together in marriage will be awarded a £1,000 grant towards the cost of setting-up home. Children thrive best in married households, where dads help raise their youngsters as responsible citizens.
Threats to social harmony will also be confronted. That’s why I’ve become the leading opponent to the proposed Mega Mosque in West Ham. Put forward by the secretive and separatist Tablighi Jamaat Islamic sect, it will not only be Europe’s largest mosque, it will also foster fundamentalism. I support integration.
Unlike the other mayoral candidates, I’ve seen life from both sides, having run a major business employing thousands of people, I chose to live and work in Canning Town alongside some of London’s most deprived families. I will use my expertise to tackle inequality by bringing new jobs and also cut wasteful spending at Ken Livingstone’s City Hall. Above all, I will restore some dignity to the vulnerable and forgotten.
