Workers on London’s Docklands Light Railway are to hold a 48-hour strike in a row over terms and conditions.
The RMT union accuses DLR operator Keolis Amey Docklands of wanting to impose “inferior policies on maternity and paternity leave” and second staff without their agreement.
The 48-hour walk-out will commence at 04:00 on January 28th and is expected to cause disruption to services, although the operator says it’ll run “as many trains as possible.”
TfL says the dispute is a matter between staff and Keolis Amey Docklands and urged the union to “to resolve the issue by negotiation with the operator and not cause unnecessary disruption to our passengers.”
