Capital’s Transport watchdog invites passengers to join new online panel

May 20, 2019 - Martin Hoscik

Passenger watchdog London TravelWatch is seeking participants for a new online panel which will collect information on passenger experiences in order to inform and support future campaigns and work.

Panellists will be expected to respond to occasional emails giving their feedback on journeys or stations but would also be able to provide feedback at any time.

Funded by the London Assembly, TravelWatch represents all passengers in the capital including Tube, Overground, bus and train users.
