400 new homes promised for Kidbrooke site as TfL announces preferred development partner

Triangle London Developments has been named as Transport for London’s preferred partner to redevelop a four-acre site in Kidbrooke which will provide 400 new homes, half of which will be available on “affordable” terms.

Sadiq Khan announces 175 affordable homes to be built at Blackhorse Road station

The capital’s transport agency has released a 1.8 acre site located on Forest Road, opposite the London Overground’s Blackhorse Road station, on which it plans to build approximately 350 new homes by 2022.
