Transport for London has unveiled “multi-million pound” plans to improve pedestrian safety at Tooting Broadway junction and Peckham town centre. The London-wide transport agency will work with Wandsworth and Southwark councils on the schemes which will see junctions redesigned and streets and pavements improved.
