Assembly to examine London’s housing market

London's City HallThe London Assembly’s Planning and Housing Committee will meet to tomorrow to quiz senior housing figures on the state of the capital’s housing market and to as if the funding allocated to London be enough to meet the capital’s housing needs.

The committee will question David Lunts, Regional Director for London HCA, Steve Howlett, Chair G15 and Chief Executive of Peabody Trust, Rosemary Westbrook, Director of Housing, City of Westminster and Richard Donnell, Director of Research, Hometrack on the implications of the recession for the supply of new housing in London.

The meeting is open to both media the public and will take place at 10am on Tuesday, 14 July in Committee Room 5 at City Hall.
