I bought this just a week before my theory test and managed to revise 4 days before the test.
I found it very very helpful and easy to use.
On the day of my test i scored 50/50 & 62/75. You can also put it on your mp3/ipod which helped me greatly, listening to questions & the answers too.
I highly recommend this to anyone!

excellent affordable option for passing your theory test. The question bank is the same as the actual test, if you just work through all the questions you will pass. the hazard video test is also very good (but of course not the same as actual test). I heard most people failing the theory test fail the hazard perception test. hint: just click a lot , you can click up to 10 clicks (even more, just try it with the CD) per video without the system detecting it as cheating.

So what do you get for your hard earned money.
A pair of magnetic strip (top and bottom) L plates and 2 DVD ROMs - imaginatively titled "Road Signs" and "All Tests".
First up: ROAD SIGNS DVD
After shameless advertising for their other products - you login and are presented with a menu of:
ROAD SIGNS DATABASE - a photo (sometimes more than one - gripping indeed!) of the sign in a real location, a video of a car passing the sign (not available for all signs - such a shame) and detailed information (in fact far too much...) on that sign. You can choose which signs to look at by the picture or the type. The name pops up when you hover over the picture which is a bonus and saves you having to click to see what it is.
ROAD SAFETY FOR CHILDREN - I was confused - the fun sounds when you click makes you think it is aimed for children but the information is presented in a very boring way. Has little click-to-reveal-the-answer tests.
ROAD SIGNS TEST - questions on sign pictures or signs in short video clips (am I old or is it hard to see them on the small video?) can play on own (annoyingly have to type Z to buzz and THEN choose your answer) or against another player (though you get 5 secs after buzzing to choose before it's handed over to the other player - so it's just who can hit the key first...)
BOARD GAME - roll the die and get a question play against the computer or another player. Whilst it has questions - I'm not sure this is aimed at the 17 year old!! Though my kids (aged 9 and under) love it. Video questions do feel like what should I be looking at - and invariably I focused on the wrong thing (eg sign and yellow box) and missed what they wanted (there was a second stop line!).
Next up: ALL TESTS
After an onerous terms and conditions which reminds you that you have agreed to never lend or pass on this software...
THEORY TEST
An introductory video showing various accidents and saying how it's our attitude (which is due to our tree dwelling ancestors and understanding this will help us!!!) which has the most effect on accidents. I'll tell you after 7 minutes of this my attitude was how do I skip it and get onto the bit which talks about the tests..
"Learn about the theory of driving" is a gateway to pages of text (yawn)
"Learn on the go" allows you download a MP3 of audio questions with the answer following after a short pause.
"Learn by practising" allows you to take a pre-set test, a category test or your own customisable test. These are excellent - with voiceover if you prefer, hint button is available as is the highway code (and excellently not linking to the bit you want - you have to search it!. Once selected you get immediate feedback and can choose to read a small explanation of why you got it wrong (or right!).
There is a thorough feedback on your progress and even a judgement on whether you could pass the exam.
"Take a road sign test" as above but with road signs.
"Sit a mock exam" The exam is EXACTLY like the proper exams even down to entering your candidate numbers and the is a thorough feedback as well as the all important pass or fail (in bold red). Annoyingly you can't stop the hazard perception test halfway through.
Then there's options for looking at your performance in all your studies and some shameless links to insurance dealers and more products by this company.
HAZARD PERCEPTION TEST
"Hazard perception information" a link to some very boring text info.
"Practice (sic) your hazard perception" gives you 23 practice papers with lots of clips in each. The review feature gives a time line showing where the hazard and your clicks were. There are links to the start and end of the hazard video so you can clearly see where you went wrong. This was really helpful.
"Run a mock exam" links to the test in the THEORY TEST. Again it is identical format to the exam itself.
Again there's options for looking at your performance in all your studies and yet more shameless links to the same insurance dealers and more products by this company.
PRACTICAL
Has various powerpoints with voiceover talking about the practical test, the parts of the car and driving tips. Also has some cheesy videos showing how to carry out oil checks, etc.
But the good bit is the 40 min video of a mock test (With a video in video showing the rear view mirror) and the feedback given (with video in video showing the bit the examiner is feeding back about). Whilst it is long it does give you a feel of what to expect and the feedback at the end is excellent.
Oh yes and some more shameless links...
So overall - an exceptional product for preparing for the tests with some dull bits, some cheese and plenty of shameless plugs

Excellent product at a good price.. I was in a hurry to pass the theory test and it took me only 2 weeks to learn the 968 questions in the multiple choice questions and the performance tracker is also very good.. And after doing over 20 mock exams, i knew i was ready for the real exam where i scored 100% thanks to the dvd. I also has some videos and explanations for the driving test which i havent used yet but will be doing shortly...
