15th April 2008Boris Johnson, Conservative Candidate for Mayor of London, has launched a four-point plan to help the victims of crime.
Speaking earlier today Mr Johnson said that tackling crime was only part of the problem facing London and that more needed to be done "to help victims of crime in the Capital."
