London TravelWatch has rated all TfL transport modes in a new report

London TravelWatch, the London Assembly funded passenger watchdog, has published a new report into the performance of TfL controlled transport services in the capital.

The report covers second quarter of 2009/2010 (July to September 2009) and rates all transport modes using a ‘traffic-light’ system. The organisation says the aim was to provide “easy to understand information about the performance of TfL from its users’ perspective.”

Sharon Grant, Chair, London TravelWatch said: “I hope this will be a handy guide for everyone interested in improving the travel experience in London.”

Grant the watchdog “continue to have our gravest concerns about Dial-a-Ride, which continues to fail to meet its targets in terms of number of passengers and customer satisfaction. There is no sign this is improving: in fact the trend to September was downwards.”

The report can be downloaded from the TravelWatch website.
