The appointment of managers without people to manager and the lack of clarity about who is responsible for what is scandalous.
I left a company who kept doing that pretty sharpish as it’s a sure sign of incompetence.

No wonder there has been very little ‘actual’ new initiatives from the boris administration – it’s one long gravy train which will be ridden until you become so rotund you roll off.
