Passenger watchdog London TravelWatch is urging transport users in the capital to check they are getting the best deal on fares before buying their season ticket for the New Year.

London’s passenger watchdog is reminding people that changes to Circle Line service come into effect from this Sunday, 13 December and is asking passengers to share their experiences of the new service.

London’s passenger watchdog has “warmly welcomed” news that Oyster Pay As You Go cards will be accepted on rail and services within London from January 2010. The card can also be used on Thames Clipper services from today.
