Hello ,
I have been using this product for over 10 months.The replacement heads match HX7351/02 and i am happy with them.The only problem is the Postage which unfair i think.

Global Marketing uk identifies correct replacement and gets it to you in a couple of days, Philips and its linked third party supplier could not,after I waited 4 days for an email reply.
The Sonicare HX5500 was bought from a dentist less than a year ago.
