Product Description This Imperia Pasta Machine is the original way of producing fantastic homemade pasta. The machine consists of two rollers that can be gradually adjusted, rolling the pasta into thinner sheets as the handle is turned. Once the correct thickness has been achieved, simply feed the pasta through the spaghetti or tagliatelle cutter and thata??s it! Set includes the machine, table clamp, handle and full instructions Additional attachments are also available for making a variety of different pasta dishes We would advise that this item is simply wiped clean before being stored. Do not submerge in water

Reassuringly solidly constructed and easy to use May 13, 2008 Clare Lumsden (Aberdeen, Scotland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This arrived today and I couldn't resist having a go at making some pasta straight away. It was gloriously user friendly, the only problem I had was with finding a suitable place to clamp the machine on in my kitchen as it requires a pretty thick table/counter overhang to attach to. My daughters loved turning the handle and handling the pasta, and took particular delight in watching the unusual shaped pasta shapes emerge from the gnocchi attachment (ingenious design, incredibly simple and effective). I can see that this will give us years of good service and family participation in meal preparation.
pasta maker April 18, 2008 Belinda (England) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
my thirteen year old son makes us pasta using this machine at least once a week, even I find it easy. Just wish there were instructions on how to clean it as it can be awkward getting residue out from between cutters. Making our own pasta also reduces the amount of plastic that goes in our bin! another bonus!!
Good solid construction, piece of cake to use April 16, 2008 David P (UK) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Never made pasta before, read several reviews about how other machines were flimsy and this one is not, and I can now add my own recommendation - making your own pasta is very easy, great fun, and this machine feels like you could drive your car up on it to change the oil - flimsy it isn't! Some people seem to have trouble with the clamp, but it works fine for me. We do have an island kitchen unit with a nice overhanging worktop so it is very easy to use for us. I can imagine it isn't quite so easy if you have to use it over an open drawer... But anyway, if you are thinking of diving in to the world of home made pasta for the first time, this machine is an excellent introduction.
Great pasta Gromit February 22, 2008 Nancy Buoy (Pasta Hell) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
It was with some trepidation I decided to make pasta, What a fabulous machine, straight forward to use, remember to use lots of semolina to dust as the little critter tends to clog up.My husband now spends so much time in the kitchen he's starting to wear skirts....mmmmmm nice.
Great machine, not so impressive clamp February 21, 2008 David Wright 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
We got this going off other people reviews here and it's a great machine, the attachment for cutting spaghetti/tagliatelle works great. The only gripe about the whole package is the clamp and it's ineffectiveness. We ended up having to have one person holding the machine while the other person used it, though now it's screwed down to a large wooden board. Looking at the machine itself it's clear that a little thought about the clamp and how it would work would have made a 4/5 score 5/5.
