I bought this case before I received my Touch - everything I have read said that the Touch scratches at the mere thought of anything sharp, so I figured it would be best to heed the advice. I am therefore typing this review without yet trying a Touch in the case - but I assume it will fit!
This is the only case I have physically seen, but I reviewed loads online. The key things that led me to this are:
1. "Clip" edges rather than "slip in" - makes the most of the touch screen design. Why have a super-smooth touch screen device and then cover some of it with the case? This will cover just a couple of millimetres of the screen on the long edges.
2. Flip top that can be opened upwards or downwards - although only downwards has the holes for the wires. I guess you would get used to either quite quickly. Flip top unfolds completely flat, or all the way back on itself, for ease of handling/use. Top, bottom and long-sides are reinforced (ie not floppy) for maximum protection.
3. Beautiful leather. Smooth, glossy and very fitting for such a beautiful device. No contrasting stitching, and no unnecessary bulk - keeping the overall package as small as possible.
4. Magnetic catch, easy to use.
5. Removable belt clip - I keep mine in my handbag, so no need for a bulky clip. They provide a neat little silver screw to cover the fixing screw hole, so looks fine.
6. Comes with a black presentation box - good if you are buying it as a gift. (Easy to wrap too!)
7. Very discreet branding - just a little silver disc in the corner (some I saw seemed to have the brand name stamped all over the place!).
I can only see one possible downside, and this is not yet tested - the corners of the Touch will not be full protected when in the case ie they can be "seen" (and therefore potentially damaged). Only time will tell - guess it depends on how well you treat the device. In my case, it is pretty secure in my handbag, so I don't anticipate any issues - but if you are likely to be more rough and tumble with it perhaps a slip-in case will provide more all round protection.
All in all - brilliant case. Just need the Touch now....

As others have said, the Noreve case is very well made and the iPod touch sits very snugly in the case. However I found it didn't suit me: this iPod is a touch device after all and for me the flip cover was an annoyance and got in the way when I was using the touch. In my opinion a better case is one that simply protects the back of the touch and leaves the front free... to touch. The other problem I found with the Noreve case was that the back of the case appears to made of metal and seemed to reduce my WiFi signal strength.

The Noreve may be one of the most expensive iTouch cases out there, and I did consider going for one of the cheaper options but I'm very glad I didn't. This case looks great and the iTouch slid in with a reassuring security. All the access points are left nice and easy to get to - the on/off, USB connection point and the headphone socket are all accessible as if there were no case on at all. The main win for me is that once you flip open the magnetically secured top flap, the entire front of the iTouch is visible and easy to use. Other cases have cutouts for the square back button and other infringements on the screen area - this one doesn't, which surely is the most important thing on a touch based screen operating unit..
It's expensive and you may be pondering a cheaper option but take my advice and go for it. You won't be disappointed. This is the best way to protect your investment as far as I'm concerned.
The case arrives in a black gift box and also includes a belt clip option and a little screwdriver to attach it. I have mine with the blank screw in place making the whole thing look neat and sexy! Leather is great quality and smells like leather should. A+

If your looking for a case for your iPod touch then this is without a doubt the best quality case you will find. I've had a Noreve case for my iPod Video for over two years and it's still as good as new, looking good.
My iPod touch Classic Noreve case (in White, which I think just looks so cool, but others may differ with their colour preference) is some nice piece of kit. The whole of the iPod's touch-screen is visible with just the very edge of the metal rim being held by the leather covered metal sides.
A word of warning here: the sides of the case can be a little tight to slide the iPod in and out of the case with ease, so don't force the iPod into the case, you might want to take it out again (I'm always pulling the iPod in and out of the case). All you need to do is carefully pull the sides of the case apart to make it easier to push the iPod in with gentle force. My case was really tight first attempt, but with a bit of pulling and pushing the iPod is nice and safe but easy to pull back out. (these Noreve cases are made from very tough materials I wouldn't worry about breaking it I used all my finger power to pull the sides apart and it's fine.)
Also, you might notice in the official pictures of the case that the case opens from the bottom and not the top, a bit of a pain with your headphones in position. Don't worry you can put your ipod in the other way and it's just fine, in my opinion much better when you are opening and closing the case to operate.
Overall these cases are just plain quality and they don't detract from the looks of the iPod touch in any way, on the contrary I think they enhance the look. These cases come in many colours so have a bit of fun and go for something a bit different. The best 35 you will spend on your `touch'.
Just one other thing. If you are giving this case as a gift you might want to remove the plastic outer packaging and present it inside the nice black display box that you will find the case sitting inside, the lid for the box is underneath, it looks nice with the silver Noreve writing on the top of the lid.

I bought this item earlier this week and I have to say, it looks and feels great. The case is real quality leather and it feels very robust, I was worried that it might not be snug in it but it slides in securely and definitely won't budge at all. The magnetic clasp is well made and overall an excellent quality case. Would give it 5 stars if it was a bit cheaper though.
