Seeing results already August 11, 2008 L Smith (Somerset, UK) After hours researching all the different types of Vibration trainers available I went for this one as it looked sturdy and was not too expensive. I am glad I did, good price, easy to assemble and use, fairly quiet and easy to move around. I have been using it for 15-20 mins every 2-3 days for about 4 weeks and have seen good results in that time. My muscles are more defined and toned, legs have firmed up and bum not so wobbly. My skin seems to be glowing more too. I think this product is WELL worth the money and would recommend it. The only complaint I would have is the manual is very basic, but I just looked up other ones on the internet and follow those. I wish I had brought it months ago.

I too think the manual is useless. What i want to know is how many reps of each pose, at what speed and for how long each time? Have not managed to fid anything very definitive on the internet either.
I do really feel it in my legs, the sensation of using it is strange at first but not unp-leasant. I like using it after a long day on my feet just to massage them and my calves!
Would have liked resistance bands attached like some other makes, but who can gripe at the price?
It Does What it Says on the Box May 24, 2008 Ann Marshall (England) 19 out of 20 found this review helpful
Simply Sensational.
Can highly recommend this Body Sculpture machine. Easy to put together (20 mins as it says), easy to use, easy to move, fairly quiet in use. Very effective on the workout front. I found the manual to be helpful but could have been better written. A word of warning - don't overdo it the first few days you have it. Your muscles will know about the workout the day after.
A Good Workout May 19, 2008 Ms. M. Burgoine (London) 34 out of 34 found this review helpful
I bought this machine because I had problems with my knee and couldn't do high impact workouts. I couldn't get to the gym due to work commitments, so I thought I'd give this a go. I was a little esceptical, but this really does works The key is to tighten your muscles when you use it or to do as many moving exercises, as you would do on the floor. Like lunges and using weights for arm exercises. I've been using this for 15 minutes a day for the last 3 weeks and I'm noticing a difference in my body. The muscle definition is there and I'm more toned. My physiotherapist is even thinking of getting one, as she's seen the results that I'm having. And as she said, the theory behind it is right, it does work your muscles 33% more than normal. This isn't the be all and end all, I still want to get back to jogging when my knee is fixed for a cardio workout, but this has helped me tone my muscles. The only comment I would make against it, is that the manual that comes with it is useless. I ended up downloading a chart from the Internet and this helped me much more.
